Crime Alert - Theft of a Vehicle |

Dear Resident,
Humberside Police are investigating a report of a Theft of a vehicle from Peterhouse Road, Grimsby (near to St.Catherines Court).
The incident occurred between 5.30-5.50pm on Tuesday 03/03/2026. The offender(s) approached a grey coloured Nissan Qashqai which was tempoararily left insecure and unateended on the roadside with the engine running. The offender(s) have then entered the vehicle and driven off towards Cambridge Road. A white and red coloured pedal cycle was located nearby, so unknown if the offender was using this prior to the theft of the vehicle.
Thankfully, the vehicle was located and recovered sometime later in a separate area of NE Lincs.
If you have any CCTV footage (including video doorbell), saw anyone acting suspiciously in the area around this time or have any information about the offenders please contact the police on the non-emergency number 101 quoting occurrence reference number 26"29370.
